How do I log into VAN?

  • Go to votebuilder.com and click Login with ActionID. 

  • You can no longer log in with an Account Name due to security reasons.

  • All accounts must use 2-factor authentication



How do I reset my password for my Action ID?

  • Click “Don't remember your password?” on the Action ID login page after clicking “Log in with ActionID.”

  • Do not click “Forgot your password?” under “Do you have an Account Name?” This will not reset your ActionID password. 

  • You will receive an email with a password reset link. 



Logging in to a new account?

  • You'll need to accept the email invite sent by no-reply@ngpvan.com

  • Invitation emails expire after 48 hours. If you do not accept it in time, you will need to ask your administrator for a new invite link. 

  • VAN is built for computers. You should accept a new invite from a computer, not a mobile phone. 

  • Make sure to enable 2-factor authentication when you create your Action ID. 2-factor is required to login.
