We are creating survey questions and activist codes in-house in order to provide better standardization and data storage/mapping. We are now sharing more survey questions across committees, and providing more candidate survey questions up-front when we create new committees.
Since survey questions are now created by the data team at the MDP, you will not be able to see “Survey Questions” in the Administrative Menu anymore. You can access survey questions in the following places:
Scripts: Add them to your scripts for miniVAN Canvassing and Virtual Phone Banks
Create a New List: in the Survey Question or the Activist Code sections
Reporting tools: Counts and Crosstabs and Report Manager (Default Report Templates’ Survey Response Templates, Canvass Results’ Survey Question Summary)
