Step 1: Selecting Grid View


To enter data from a paper list, select “Grid View” in the Load Data section or under the Data Entry dropdown from your home page.


                                               



Step 2: Using List Numbers


Using the “Let me enter a list number” in Grid View, enter the list number that is found at the bottom left of your printed list.






Step 3:


Once your list number is entered, you select what script to use, who the canvasser is, the date canvassed and how your list was contacted.





You can also sort your list by the following options below: 



Note: Make sure to select “Include notes” at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to enter canvasser notes.


Step 4: Data Entry


The names of those canvassed will be in the same order as your paper list. Simply select a canvass result and/or survey question response to enter the data. This is also where you can include any notes that canvassers wrote. Save after all records on the page are entered and continue to the next page.




Note: All data should be entered in 30 days before it becomes expired.
