Create A List is used to create lists of voters that can then be used for targeting and voter outreach, as well as volunteer recruitment. Create A List is where you’ll start to create a phone bank, canvass, or mailing. Create A List uses multiple types of criteria to find specific groups of voters in the VAN database.
