VAN provides extensive documentation on their features and services and is accessible from your VAN home page.

  1. Click the arrow next to your name in the upper right

  2. Select “VAN Help Docs” from the dropdown menu

  3. Search for the feature you have a question about





Check with the Slack Channel

The MDP has a dedicated slack channel devoted to VAN discussions. Odds are someone has run into a similar question before and can help out. It’s also an excellent place to bounce ideas off other progressive folks working in field data.
