First, make sure you're using the correct email address that is associated with your ActionID.
If you've verified that your email address is correct and your password still isn't working, you'll need to reset your password. Click “Don't remember your password?” on the Action ID login page after clicking “Log in with ActionID.”
Do not click “Forgot your password?” under “Do you have an Account Name?” This will not reset your ActionID password.
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
