Hi folks,

Happy July! We’ve just got a quick update today about our support hours over the upcoming holiday weekend and moving into the final stretch of the election. We’re going to be sending out a flurry of other emails over the next week about larger product updates, so keep your eyes peeled.

4th of July Weekend Hours

The MDP will be closed Saturday, July 3rd to Monday, July 5th in celebration of Independence Day. If you are anticipating any export requests over the weekend, please submit them tonight or tomorrow. If you submit a non-urgent request over the weekend, we will respond to it when we return on Tuesday, July 6th.

Final Month Support Hours

Tuesday, July 6th marks exactly one month to election day. In anticipation of the August 3rd elections, we are expanding our support hours to 9am - 9pm, Monday through Friday and 10am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays.

While we will be monitoring support channels over these extended hours, we are still a small team who put in a lot of hours last year. Please try to keep support requests to normal business hours where possible.

Daily AV Data in VAN

As a reminder, we are uploading Absentee Voting Data from the Secretary of State every business day that the SoS office is open through election day. This data typically hits VAN 10-11am. You can find this data under the “Early Vote” section of create a list, and can display it in miniVAN and virtual phone banks for your volunteers.
