Good evening Michigan VAN Users,
Election Day is fast approaching and we have a few MI VAN updates and reminders to share with you:
Extended VAN Support Hours
In anticipation of the November 2nd elections, we are expanding our support hours to 9am-8pm Monday through Friday and 10am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays.
While we will be monitoring support channels and export requests over these extended hours, we are still a small team who put in a lot of hours last year. Please try to keep support requests to normal business hours where possible.
Office Hours
We continue to have VAN office hours over Zoom on Mondays at 6pm. Our Thursday office hour is moving to 11am. You don't need to make an appointment for office hours. We have the Zoom meeting open during those times so you can drop in whenever you need to. You can join office hours with this link: midems.co/van-office-hour
Other VAN Support Channels and Resources
We offer 1-1 VAN support over Zoom, which can be scheduled at midems.co/van-1on1.
