Before you can use any of the other features of My Campaign (MyC) you’ll first need to copy records from My Voters (MyV) into My Campaign. You can do this both in My Voters and in My Campaign.
In My Voters, you can copy records to my campaign from ‘My List’. First you’ll make a list of voters you want to copy (all of your Yes - Volunteers) and load it to my list. You’ll find the option that says ‘Copy’. This will let you copy the records on your list into MyC
You can also use Quick Look Up (QLU) in My Campaign to add a new voter. In My Campaign Quick Look Up, you can enter a voter’s information. You’ll need to select the option to ‘Search My Voter File’
Once you do that, scroll down until you see the person you are looking for. Click the dot next to their name and click ‘copy person’ to copy a record from My Voters into My Campaign.
