September 15th, 2025 - MI VAN Update Email

Hello Fellow VAN Users,

With the race to November now underway, we wanted to provide some critical updates about the voter file, AV/EV data, and invite you to our upcoming town hall.

September Voter File:

The September Voter File is now live in VAN. It includes 22,383 new records. August Primary Data is now available for use in the ‘Voting History’ section of Create a List. Let us know if you have any other questions.
 

AV/EV Updates:
 

While August Absentee/Early Vote data is being cleared out of the ‘Early Vote’ section of Create a List, we have given all committees access to a series of activist codes identifying Likely AV or Likely EV voters.

These activist codes are called:

• Likely AV Aug 25

• Likely EV Aug 25

• Likely AV May 25

• Likely EV May 25

• Likely AV Nov 24

• Likely EV Nov 24

New Tutorial Videos:
