Hello Fellow VAN Users,

We hope the summer is warm and active for all of you! We wanted to cordially invite everyone to our second 2025 VAN Town Hall on Tuesday, June 24th at 6:30 PM, as well as talk about the changes to the Help Desk page we’ve made.

Updates to Help Desk:

We’ve been hard at work revising the Help Desk so that it is more fluid for users. Frequently Asked Questions, Passwords, the VANuals, and our Export Policies can now be found under ‘General VAN Information’, while the new ‘Mastering the Art of VAN’ category has articles for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced VAN Users. You can access the MDP Help Desk here!

June Town Hall:

With the August primary just around the corner, we wanted to take a few minutes to talk about the absentee vote data we have available in VAN, as well as how to track down absentee voters who haven’t yet turned in their ballots.

As per the norm with our VAN Town Halls, we’ll keep the presentation to around 20 minutes so that everyone has time to ask questions afterwards. You can sign up for our Town Hall here!
